不错了，如果按照图纸画得，你公摊就很低了，主卧放家具都可以随便放，次卧还能装柜子再放个1.8米的床，客厅可以放3.8米以上的沙发。~~~~你确信没看错图纸？
户型第一要好装修好买家具，这是最好的户型之一。
哥不是热蜜，只不过偶尔选了个比较热门的队伍

这个楼盘是一期 没有样板间 只有这个户型图。。。
这个房子，严格意义上来说应该是商业公寓改造成的。这样改造的公寓由于属于商业性质，一般有不少硬伤，例如客厅的阳台是改出来的，要穿过餐厅再进入厨房，没有凸窗，窗户开启方式受限制。
最后，如果是公寓，那它是属于商业性质的，首付5成，贷款利率也不同。
如果短时间居住投资出租还可以，不建议做婚房和长期居住。

你不明白我意思，有些发展商是把公寓包装成商品房出售，实际上不属于住宅性质的，你要和销售搞清楚到底是那种。如果是住宅性质，那这户型有不少硬伤违反了住宅的设计原则，例如阳台是包在结构里面的，那样阳台面积要全算，一般的住宅不会这么设计

I embrace this opinionwith two important benefits s of taking part-time jobs. In the first place, we have to admit thata sense of saving money is always absent in most students’ mind because theycannot fully understand how hard the money they have easily squandered was earnedby their parents, which is a great pity that they are always unaware of howthey should spend their money reasonably. When they took part-time jobs,students would have the chance of experience the hardship of earning money andmaking a living via their own efforts, and thus they would truly understand themoney from their parents is precious and is supposed to be consumed wisely,which would undoubtedly cultivate them a sense of responsibility to theirfamily. What is more, another important awarenessin adulthood is a sense of responsibility to the society that is the mosturging one students should learn. In part-time jobs, whether they work on thefield they are learning in class or even irrelevant to their study, they areundoubtedly working in the society by their own hands, from which they have achance to feel the happiness they have got from contributing to the society.They can learn a lot from their part-time jobs that can nurture their sense ofresponsibility&&to the society.
