船舶是集海上军事、交通运输及娱乐于一体的重要载体，无论是在工业时代还是在物流行业高速发展的21世纪，都起着举足轻重的作用。而影响船舶安全的重要因素之一就是结构和设备的振动噪声，随着科技的不算发展，此课题也日渐提上日程，成为现代前沿的研究性课题。当前，对船体结构的模态分析、板壳结构形式的影响分析已逐步展开，并提出了一些有效的解决方法，但是对船舶的核心结构机舱和设备之间的耦合振动分析还有诸多空白。单纯的分析层底结构或者设备，不能够真实地反映出实际结构的振动情况，引起结构响应的因素有很多，比如联接方式、支撑布置、结构刚度，运转情况等等。依据研究现状，本文中总结了船舶结构的振动研究、柴油机的振动分析、有限元联接处理方法，结构刚度对振动的影响等等，继而，引出船舶主机和双层底耦合振动分析的前沿性课题。综合提高计算精度和降低计算规模的要求，以及不同联接方式的影响，通过大型有限元软件ANSYS，建立了船舶主机和双层底耦合结构计算模型，为以后的振动特性分析和结构优化奠定了基础首先对建立的有限元模型进行自由模态分析和约束模态分析，得出系统固有频率随着联接刚度不同的变化规律，需要注意的是不能随便改变螺栓预紧力和处理联接结合面；其次通过主机载荷计算、简化和加载，对主机和双层底耦合结构进行多次瞬态动力学分析，结果表明三维弹簧处理方法和耦合全部自由度的方法在耦合振动分析中近乎相同；然后分析主机横向撑向支撑的布置方式，并给出两种支撑方式对结构振动的响应分析，双侧支撑时振动响应要小；最后运用静力学分析计算双层底四种结构刚度，加以瞬态分析，比较结果得出结构刚度越大，振动响应越小，越趋于稳定，也就是说振动中传递能量越小，但是质量和形态有所不同，所以根据船舶对振动噪声、质量、船速等不同的要求进行设计船体结构，为船舶建造、振动控制及航行安全提供了很好的理论依据。
