坦克世界WCG2012昆山全球总决赛　竞赛规则
Game Version: WORLD OF TANKS (with the latest game version)
游戏版本：坦克世界（国服最新版本）
ESRB Rating: Teen (Age 13+)
Anyone born after Nov.29th&1999 will not be allowed entry to the GF.
任何晚于日出生的玩家将禁止参与全球总决赛。
Competition Method : 7 vs. 7 (Team Play, 7 players per team)
竞赛模式：7v7（团队竞技，每队上场7人）
Game Length : 10minutes
比赛时长：10分钟
Victory Condition : All enemy vehicles are destroyed within the time-limit or&The enemy base is captured within the time-limit.
胜利条件：在比赛时间内击毁对手所有坦克或者成功占领对手基地。
If the match ends draw (no team destroyed or base wasn't captured) the team with at least 8 tierpoints difference, wins the fight. To gain the 8 points you can kill any tanks and add their tierpoints together. If no team has 8 tierpoints more, the match is rated as draw and must be replayed once again.
如果系统判定比赛结果为平局（没有战队全歼对手或成功占领对方基地）而一支战队机会等级至少领先对手8级，则判定取得本局比赛胜利。击毁总等级可以从多辆坦克中累加。如果没有战队取得8级（含）以上的击毁总等级优势，则该局比赛将被裁定为平局，并且必须重赛。
Draw Rule :If no team has 8 tierpoints more, the match is rated as draw and must be replayed once again. Both teams must use the same lineup of player, but may change their tanksetup in the rematch.
平局规则：如果没有战队取得8级（含）以上的击毁总等级优势，则该局比赛将被裁定为平局，并且必须重赛。两支战队必须使用相同的上场人员，但是可以在重新&开始的比赛中更换使用的坦克。

If the game becomes a stalemate and there is no action for an extended period of time during the match and the winner cannot be clearly determined, the match is restarted at the sole discretion of the referee.
如果在比赛过程中形成僵持局面而场上没有任何行动的迹象，并且胜负难以判断。裁判员可以酌情裁定本局比赛重赛。
At the end of each match, the players must remain seated, remain at the　victory/defeat screen and await a referee to record the results and save the replay.Closing the victory/defeat screen without the replay being saved by a referee may result in a default loss.
在比赛结束后，队员须坐在原位，保持胜利/失败结果比分牌并等待裁判记录比赛结果以及保存比赛录像。在裁判未能储存比赛录像的情况下擅自关闭胜利/失败结果比分牌的行为将被认定为放弃本场比赛胜利。
WCG reserves the right to install additional software and/or join as an observer for tournament operations purposes, such as verifying match results or gathering match data.
WCG享有添加第三方软件以及/或加入裁判视角用于监督比赛进程的权利，例如核查比赛结果或者收集比赛数据。

Total amount of vehicle tiers in one team must not exceed 42 points (7 players)
参赛战车每队总等级不超过42级（7名队员）
Vehicle tier limit for tanks is 8
单辆战车等级上限为8级
Tank Selection :
坦克选择：
Tier 8 or under are allowed
8级或8级以下坦克允许上场
Items :Gold ammo and Gold consumables are allowed.
不限制任何金币弹以及金币补给的使用。
Substitutions
The substitute player must be registered with the team prior to the tournament starting.
替补队员必须于比赛开始前随同战队一起报名。
7 main players + 1 substitute
7名主力队员+1名替补队员
Substitutions can only be done before or after a match is done and not during
替换上场队员只能在比赛开始或结束之后进行。比赛过程中禁止替换。

某队的替补队员禁止为本赛事其他战队上场比赛。
If the player abuses the rule intentionally, under the referee&s decision, the game may end as forfeit.
如选手故意蔑视规则，则由裁判决定，是否剥夺其参赛权利。
If disconnection occurs during a match
比赛中不能连接
Disconnection: any connection loss between opponents due to system, network, PC, and/or power problems/issues.
不能连接的情况是指：比赛中由于系统，网络，机器或电力原因造成无法正常连接。
Intentional disconnection: any connection loss between opponents due to a player&s actions. Upon judgment by the referee, the offending player may be charged with a default loss.
故意造成不能连接：任何由于选手原因造成不能连接的情况，由裁判判定选手弃权比赛。
When the game is disconnected, the player must inform it to the referee by raising up their hands.
当选手发现游戏无法连接时，需举手告知裁判。
When disconnected, the criteria of the decision will be the before and after engagement (1 dead player = After engagement)
不可连接的评定标准如下：
Case 1 : If the game is disconnected before engagement
情况1：如游戏在1名选手战亡前出现不可连接
Disconnected player must re-connect to the server within 2 minutes.
不能连接游戏的选手需在2分钟内重新连接服务器
If the disconnected player cannot connect to the server, the match must be restarted.
如选手仍不能连接成功，则游戏重新开始
Case 2 : If the game is disconnected after engagement
情况2：如游戏内已有1名选手战亡，游戏不能联机
Disconnected player must re-connect to the server.
不能连接游戏的选手必须马上进行重新连接
If the disconnected player cannot connect to the server, one of the following solutions may be adopted:
如仍不能成功连接，需采取以下解决方案：
If both teams agree to a match restart, the match will be restarted.
如比赛双方同意比赛重新开始，则比赛重新开始；
If the teams cannot reach an agreement, the winner will be determined by a referee after the analysis of the match replay.
如双方不能达成一致，则由裁判在看完录播带后，决定胜利方；
If the winner cannot be decided by analyzing the match replay, the teams must agree to a match restart or forfeit the match.
如看完录播带后，仍不能决定胜利方归属，则比赛双方必须同意比赛重新开始或者同意裁判的评定结果。
Case 3 :If more than three players are disconnected unintentionally due to the sever problem, the match will not be counted and the next match will be proceeded after the committee ensures that the sever status is green.
情况3：如3名以上选手由于服务器原因不能连接游戏，则比赛不计数，且在组委会判定服务器状态ok后，比赛再进行。
If the player abuses the rule intentionally, under the referee&s decision, the game may end as forfeit.
如选手故意蔑视规则，则由裁判决定，是否剥夺其参赛权利。
Unfair play
不公平对决
The following actions will be considered unfair play:
以下情况将被认定为不公平对决：
the use of any cheat program and/or map hack program.
违规使用任何作弊软件或开图程序
an intentional disconnection
故意不连接游戏
the use of any settings exceeding the standard and permitted settings
使用任何超过了标准以及允许的设置
clearly allowing one&s opponent to win a match.
明显让对方取得比赛胜利
if a referee decides that external conditions (Press, Team Leader, Player, Spectator, etc) are giving or have given an unfair advantage to a player, the player may be given a warning or lose by default at the referee&s sole discretion.
裁判认定的由于外部因素（媒体，队长，选手，观众等）对一方选手造成优势，则可给予警告或由裁判单方面判负。
unsportsmanlike behavior or, in general, disruptive (e.g., shouting), inappropriate and/or unprofessional actions directed towards another player (even inside the game).
任何违反体育道德的行为或恶意破坏（如喊叫等）、不礼貌或不专业的的行为定义如下（包括在游戏内）
the use of a program bug that is determined by the board of referees as being unfair.
利用程序bug的行为将被裁判认定为不公平。
Upon discovery of any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play, the offending player, at the sole discretion of the board of referees, may receive a warning, a forfeit loss or, in extreme cases, be disqualified from the tournament.
裁判委员会有权单方面认定选手违规或有其他不公平行为，可以给予警告和其他处罚，极端情况，剥夺参赛队伍参赛权利。
During the course of the National Final, the board of referees may determine other actions to embody unfair play.
在国家决赛时，裁判委员会有权对任何选手的不公行为进行判定。
Final provisions
The above-mentioned rules may be amended in the following cases:
should the WCG Committee, at its sole discretion, decide to adopt the latest patch/version release of each official game
由wcg组委会，单方面决定游戏采用的最新版本。
should the WCG Committee, at its sole discretion, decide to modify in-game settings and options required by the use of most recent patch version/release
由wcg组委会单方面决定游戏内的场景和其他选项。
should the WCG Committee, at its sole discretion, decide to use a newly released Cheat Protection Program and/or cheat protection functions
由wcg组委会单方面决定使用防欺骗软件或开通防欺骗功能。
should the WCG Committee, at its sole discretion, decide to change game settings and/or operations guidelines due to differences between online and offline tournaments.
由wcg组委会单方面决定改变游戏内的场景设施，及对线上和线下的比赛规则进行修订。

　　1、选手进出比赛场地需佩戴选手证和其他有效证件(身份证、护照等)。
　　2、选手在比赛开始前半小时内，不得擅自离开比赛场地。

　　1. 2013WCG网吧线下赛使用比赛专用服务器;
　　2. 比赛服务器无法进行点券的充值和消费使用，但可以进行购物券以及游戏币的使用;
　　比赛帐号
　　所有选手使用报名时所用的QQ登陆即可，初次登录后即可获得等级：50、属性服饰、个人特训全满、球队特训全满、10W游戏币和购物券、技能全满等)
　　比赛模式
　　&O 1v1 休闲娱乐-自由对抗赛
　　&O 3v3 休闲娱乐-街头赛
　　& 出赛方案-挑战自我(不允许使用NBA球员)
　　& 球馆名字-海滩球场
　　比赛流程
　　1. 参赛选手提前到达现场进行确认;
　　2. 裁判根据现场确认情况，进行比赛对阵表排列;
　　3. 裁判组织主客队的选择。由裁判组织双方队长猜拳一轮，胜方开设房间，并为主队，败者则为客队;街头赛要求各队服饰统一。
　　4. 赛后由裁判查看奖励结算界面的比分，判定每局比赛的胜负;

　　10月18日至22日期间，世界最盛大的游戏盛会世界电子竞技大赛(World Cyber Games, 以下称WCG)2006世界总决在意大利蒙扎点燃战火。
在魔兽项目16进8的比赛中，中国选手Sky对阵韩国鬼王gostop，因为在比赛前Sky曾看过韩国选手gostop前日与另一位中国选手syc的比赛战报。由于违反WCG比赛规则而遭到了黄牌警告。gostop在得知sky赛前分析过自己的录象也非常气愤，比赛结束后既用“FUCK YOU FUCK YOU”来辱骂Sky。

　　A.断线规定:任何的断线来自于双方选手的电脑,游戏系统当机,网路断线,电脑故障等各类不可预期之塬因故意的中断:在裁判员的裁定结果之前,任何影响选手而引起的比赛纷争,裁判有权判定丧失比赛资格。
　　B.当任何一方断线发生时:
　　1.假如断线情况在开始的十分内发生,将重新开始比赛
　　2.假如断线在开始比赛十分后a生:
　　假如双方选手同意比赛重新开始,那此次赛局将重新开局
　　假如双方选手不同意比赛重新开始,那此次赛局的优胜者将由裁判观看分析记录档来决定优胜选手
　　6.违规选手的处罚与判定
　　A.违规选手
　　1.使用地图骇客程式开图
　　2.故意的断线使比赛中断
　　3.使用任何超过标使娓竦纳瓒ㄓ胱爸
　　4.在整个比赛的流程之中,裁判员判定选手有任何的违规行槿ビ跋斓奖热惺B.在发现任何一个玩家有违反比赛规定的举动时,这个玩家将会在此次比赛中除名
　　7.这些规则在2003年WCG的比赛规定中将会逐步的修正与更改
　　A.此次比赛是使用最近几次官方比赛的版本做修正
　　B.在比赛规则的设定上,近来最新的游戏版本上是必需要考量的
　　C.比赛时任何欺骗的行槭潜匦璞谎辖褂玫
　　D.比赛上任何的规则与比赛精神,将会在线上比赛与官方比赛两者间确切执行
