One of the best books I've ever seen
on this subject is &Failing Forward,
Turning Mistakes into Stepping Stones
for Success,& by John C. Maxwell.
Let me oversimplify this powerful book:
Maxwell says that everyone fails all
the time. Your destiny is determined
by how you allow yourself to be affected
by it, and what you do about it.
On the phone, we expose ourselves to
failure many times per day. The highest
achievers &fail forward,& using Maxwell's
Author William Marston said, &If there
is any single factor that makes for
success in living, it is the ability
to draw dividends from defeat. Every
success I know has been reached because
the person was able to analyze and
actually profit from it in the next
undertaking.&
I'll keep this week's Tip simple. Do the
following exercise. And, do get the book.
Go through it slowly to get the most from it.

当然不是.失误只是游戏的一部分. 就像篮球射篮,棒球击球一样, 不是每射入筐,每击必中的, 失误本身就是游戏的一部分.
成功的关键是要能购承受潜在的负面经历,并正视之,而不受其负面影响.
关于此话题, 我看过的最好的书是约翰.C.麦克斯威尔写的“向前摔,把失误变成成功的垫脚石”。
我简单的归纳下这本产生巨大影响的书:按麦克斯威尔的说法, 每个人都有一次又一次的失败,决定你命运的是,你会让自己受到它多大的影响,你如何的面对并处理失败。

转败为胜 可能与原文还是有不少距离。似乎胜利来得很快很容易,似乎失败之后肯定会胜利的感觉。我觉得可以用另外一个词:
屡败屡战 可能更为切合原文的意境,而且用的是动词“战”,很有力量。(原文是意思是:在失败中前行。并没有提胜利。)

Turning Mistakes into Stepping Stones
for Success,& by John C. Maxwell.
