目前,我国提倡优生优育和每对夫妇只生一个孩子,因此大多数孕妇为初产妇,人们对母婴健康的需求显得越来越重要,所以有必要了解初产妇孕产期健康知识知晓情况、对育儿知识的认知情况,开展针对性的健康教育,并对健康教育效果进行评估。方法
本次调查以本院2010年9月份参加有关孕期保健及新生儿护理等知识专题讲座的60位孕晚期初产妇进行自行设计问卷调查,并于两次调查间进行初产妇孕期健康教育知识讲座、新生儿护理知识讲座和家庭护理操作演练。问卷现场发放,在讲座开始之前和听完讲座之后分别使用同一问卷调查一次,产妇独立答卷,并当场收回。
本次调查共发放调查问卷60份,回收60份,回收率100%。调查对象平均年龄为27.0±2.6岁,文化程度以高中以上为主,占86.7%。经分析显示,初产妇文化程度与新生儿护理知识掌握程度成正相关,在6个方面共38条内容中,教育后有33条内容正确率有明显提高(P&0.01)。调查结果显示,接受教育后产后膳食调理知识的知晓率最高,由教育前30.41%上升到98.94%,其次按需哺乳知识的知晓率为97.84%、病室适宜的温度、产后沐浴通风96.32%等。通过对初产妇的问卷调查,可知她们对影响胎婴儿因素的知识的知晓率也有显著提高,具有明显差异。结论
