IE问题，可能是杀毒软件的防火墙设置了限制访问2、防火墙问题，用别的浏览器看看能不能打开1不需要重装系统的，打开IE-Internet选项-安全选项卡-受限站点-站点看看有没有把qq添加了。有就删除掉
