1、双击运行文件里面的autorun安装，一步一步的全部按照默认选项就行（有一个地方让选USB&&还是硬盘&&默认的是USB那个图标，感觉影响不大）。在指定license的时候给出破解文件里license的路径。
2、安装AnsoftLibraries，选择不安装RSM。
3、將破解文件裡面的license複製貼到admin，将其余四个文件desktop.dll、HFIECOMENGINE.exe、HFSSCOMENGINE.exe以及hfsslib.dll复制到安装目录HFSS14.0\Win64，覆盖原有文件。
4、破解完毕后即可打开hfss，出现错误信息Internal error: WebUpdate，不要理它，进入HFSS选中Tools-&Options-&General Options-&WebUpdate Options (tab)-&Never就可以避免再出现该信息了(将自动检查更新选项改成never，就是不要通过网络升级)。
