职位描述：
Main Duties:1. With the request of the Department Manager or project responsible, execute & fulfill the work independently.2. Ensure the tasks on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.3. Support local team to approach customer and improve customers’ satisfaction.4. Coach team members with experienced integration knowledge.5. Enhance the relationship between MSC and MSF.6. Design and develop software integration functional release plans.7. Lead the Creation of functional Release Plans
for vehicle platform based on platform vehicle requirements8. Collect and analyze functional
technical requirements from customer and Suppliers for all vehicle subsystems9. Collect and analyze the vehicle feature and function lists for all vehicle subsystems10. Create and develop the master timing plans for each functions introduction for integration validation11. Present and get agreement with both customer and suppliers on the function delivery plans12. Work with Integration team on the validation timing of all components and software13. Conduct the S.E. meetings to track the software deliveries for each integration step to ensure it meets the master timing schedule14. Support purchasing and logistics to provide the correct component details to ensure components are delivered on time15. Work with OEM & Suppliers together to manage
and software & hardware issues which have impact on the Integration testing master timing related suppliers16. Support prototype vehicle build up and support the issue resolution timing17. Work with Module Group Leader together to prepare software function release status reportsQualification1. Bachelor degree or above2. Electrical, electronics, automotive or related majority3. At least 8 years experience in EE integration design and development area4. Very good at software functional releases definition5. Familiar with CAN development and analysis tools6. Familiar Capable of preparing timing plans7. Proficiency on the computer (Good MS office skills: excel, word, power point, etc)...8. Good understanding of automotive development
