&&&&本报北京12月2日电 （记者张洋）公安部等6部门日前联合部署开展了&拒绝危险驾驶、安全文明出行&122&全国交通安全日&主题活动。其中，公安部交管局发起&从我做起始于足下&文明交通媒体行动，发动网友共同书写《中国好司机文明公约》。截至12月2日下午5时，已有380万网友参与了&好司机&承诺。
&&&&截至10月底，全国机动车驾驶人达3.22亿人，其中汽车驾驶人2.75亿人。文明交通需要人人参与。为鼓励驾驶人安全文明出行，我国道路交通安全法及其实施条例规定，在6年有效期内没有满分记录的驾驶人，可以在有效期满时换领10年有效期的驾驶证；对于在10年有效期内没有满分记录的驾驶人，可以在有效期满时换领长期有效的驾驶证。自道路交通安全法实施以来至今年11月底，我国已有1.39亿符合条件的驾驶人领取了10年有效期的驾驶证。is tracked by us since August, 2015.
