你行《郑州银行股份有限公司关于筹建马寨工业园区支行的请示》（郑银文〔2014〕256号）收悉。根据《中国银监会中资商业银行行政许可事项实施办法》等有关规定，经审核，现批复如下：
&&& 一、同意你行筹建郑州银行股份有限公司马寨工业园区支行，简称郑州银行马寨工业园区支行，筹建地址：河南省郑州市二七区马寨工业园区工业路三号。
二、郑州银行股份有限公司马寨工业园区支行的筹建期为批复印发之日起6个月。未能按期筹建的，你行应当在筹建期限届满前1个月向我局提交延期报告。筹建延期不得超过一次，筹建延期的最长期限为3个月。
三、郑州银行股份有限公司马寨工业园区支行在筹建期内不得从事金融业务活动。
四、郑州银行股份有限公司马寨工业园区支行筹建完毕，营运资金到位，你行须按照有关要求配备具有任职资格条件的高级管理人员和熟悉银行业务的合格从业人员，并确保有与业务经营相适应的营业场所、安全防范措施和其他设施。
五、你行要切实加强对其关键岗位、关键人员、关键环节等的管理，严防各类风险，确保安全运营。
六、你行应在规定的期限届满前向我局提交开业申请，待我局批准后方可正式开业。逾期未提交开业申请的，本筹建批复失效，我局将按规定办理筹建许可注销手续。
