　　天津药业集团有限公司是天津金耀集团有限公司控股子公司。天津金耀集团是2001年10月经天津市委、市政府批准成立，为市国资委直接监管单位，天津市重点支持的十四家大型企业集团之一。
天津药业集团是目前亚洲最大的皮质激素类药物科研、生产和出口基地，主要生产经营皮质激素类原料药及制剂、氨基酸类原料药及制剂、化工原料、心血管药物外用制剂、避孕药物、中成药、保健食品等300余种产品。其中皮质激素类原料药生产能力居世界第一，氨基酸原料药目前国内品种最多，生产能力最大。

天津药业集团控股企业天津天药药业股份有限公司，于2001年6月在上海证券交易所成功发行A股股票。2006年11月，天药股份成功发行3.9亿元可转换公司债券，是股权分置改革后天津地区首个公募融资项目天药股份是国家认定的高新技术企业，全国甾体激素行业协会会长单位，中国首家获得皮质激素类原料药GMP认证和天津市第一家全部通过国家GMP认证的原料药生产企业。

Introduction of Tianjin Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd.
Tianjin Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. is invested by the share-holding company of Tianjin Jinyao Group Co., Ltd. which was founded in October 2001 with the approval of Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and the Government. It is directly administered by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Tianjin Municipality and one of the fourteen large-scale enterprises supported by Tianjin Municipality.
Tianjin Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. is the largest base in Asia for scientific research, production and export of corticosteroids. Its key products include corticosteroid raw materials and formulations, amino acid raw materials and formulations, chemical drugs, cardiovascular drugs, external preparations, contraceptives, Chinese prepared medicines, health products and etc., nearly 300 varieties.
The capacity for manufacturing corticosteroid raw materials rank first all over the world. Amino acid raw materials get the most varieties in the whole nation with the largest manufacturing capacity.
Relying on strong technical force and advanced management, Tianjin Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. has established national pharmaceutical research institute with first class talents and experiment equipments, post-doctoral scientific research workstation and national technology development center. During the recent decade, it has developed more than 160 new technologies and over 40 new products. 61 new technologies and products were given with state-level, ministry-level, and Tianjin Technical Advance awards. “Biological dehydrogenation” and “Dexamethasone Series Products” have been respectively titled of “Second Prize of State Technology Improvement”.
Tianjin Pharmaceuticals Group Co.,Ltd. sticks to the development strategy of “High Technology Plus Scale Ecomomy” and

“Double Swallow” trademark was identified as Well-known Trademarks in China by State Administration for Industry & Commerce. “Tianyao” and other five trademarks were considered as “Tianjin Famous Trademarks”. Corticosteroid raw materials, “You Zhuo Er” (Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream) and “Bu Rui De” were awarded “Tianjin Name Brand Product” by the municipality. “Double Swallow” trademark was awarded the top 50 civil trust brand by the whole nation. “Competitive Strategy on Cultivation of Core Ability as Basis “was awarded the Special Prize of Seventh National Business Administration Modern Innovation Achievement.
Tianjin Tianyao Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. is a listed company held shares by Tianjin Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. It was successfully issued A Stock shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in June, 2001 and issued convertible bonds in a total amount of 0.39 billion Yuan on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in Nov, 2006. It was the first financing project after the share-trading reform in Tianjin. Tianjin Tianyao Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. is the high new technology enterprise certified by nation, the chairman unit of National Steroid Hormone Association, the first bulk producer to gain national GMP verification in China, and the first bulk producer for all the products getting through national GMP verification in Tianjin.
