就不会返给你押金了。开除。那就会有很多人不干了。想回家过年。8号就能给。这个时候单位去哪里找人盯班哦。都不会差你工资。但是没有假期。正常离职都给我了。单位会返还给你。单位也有单位的难处正常的。但是你工作押的半个月或者一个月的押金。我以前上班也遇到过这样的事情。他押你的工资会给你。我相信你应该有半个月的押金吧。（我做了几份工作都有押金的。甚至连押金都不要了。只能等你正常离职的情况下。但是他不会赖掉你的工资。很多人不想干了。只是年前如果工资开出来了。~好好干吧。工资开到手。自己不想干了没离职就走。就转身回家了。都会存在这种现象。非正规开合同的单位
