广西梧州同舟船务运输有限公司是一家经中国交通部核准许可经营国内沿海、长江中下游及珠江水系,港澳航线的散装液体化学品水上运输的专业公司。公司总部设在广西梧州市，广州设有办事处。 公司拥有散装液体化学品船12艘，其中全不锈钢的船舶11艘。 目前的12艘船舶均可江海直达航行于中国沿海与珠江三角洲各个港口。
公司拥有一批从事多年水上运输以及化学品运输的员工，公司按照《中华人民共和国船舶安全营运和防止污染管理规则》建立的安全管理体系已经通过中国海事局的审核，是华南地区第一家安全管理体系通过中国海事局审核的散装化学品船舶运输公司，公司所属船舶也相应取得了&安全管理证书&。
