小型泥浆泵的保养与维修
泥浆泵(Mud Pump)也是一种宽泛的泵的一个通俗概念，不同的地域，习惯，最终涉及的泵型不会一样，泥浆泵又是多数意义上的的一种泵型：石油钻井领域的所应用的泥浆泵。事实上，污水泵，渣浆泵等一些非清水泵和泥浆泵在叫法上也有通用的时候。 产品特点
1、可输送高浓度高粘度&10000PaS及含有颗粒的悬浮浆液。 2、输送液流稳定、无过流、脉动及搅拌、剪切浆液现象。 3、排出压力与转速无关 ，低流量也可保持高的排出压力。 4、流量与转速成正比，通过变速机构或调速电机可实现流量调节。 5、自吸能力强，不用装底阀可直接抽吸液体。
6、泵可逆转，液体流向由泵的旋转方向来改变，适用于管道需反正向冲洗的场合。
7、运转平稳、振动、噪声小。 8、结构简单、拆装维修方便。 损坏因素：
因为在工作时要配备高压清水泵的原因，要将大于泥浆泵压力的清水输向防漏填料，对填料进行防护，而有些用户会因为其他原因突然关闭冲洗泵，这使得，密封部分迅速磨损。叶轮与护板之间的间隙是否合理，对泥浆泵寿命影响很大。间隙不合理，则泵运转时产生振动与噪音，过流部件很快损坏，因此更换叶轮时，应注意使间隙满足图纸要求，间隙调整，可通过后轴承体上的调整螺钉来进行。泥浆泵的允许吸程是在输送清水时测定的，在抽吸泥浆时应考虑泥浆对吸上能力的影响。 维修保养：
施工部门应当有专门的维修人员，负责对施工机械的保养和维修。定期的对泥浆泵及其他机械进行检查、维护，及早发生问题予以解决，以免造成停工。施工时应注意泥沙颗粒的大小，颗粒大时就要经常检查泥浆泵的易损部件，以便及时维修或更换。泥浆泵的易损坏部件主要是泵壳、轴承、叶轮等。采用先进的抗磨措施，提高易损部件的使用寿命，可降低工程的投入，提高生产效率。同时应常备易损零部件，以备及时更换。 操作规程：
要想泥浆泵寿命更长，汉润建议用户还要有正确的使用规程，施工中，机械、泥浆泵连续正常的工作才能使泥浆泵发挥最高的工作效率。因此，要有合理的工期安排，严格的管理制度。
1、起动前检查：各连接部位要紧固;电动旋转方向应正确;离合器灵活可靠;管路连接牢固，密封可靠，底阀灵活有效。
2、液下泥浆泵起动前，吸水管、底阀、泵体内必须注满引水，压力表缓冲器上端注满油。
3、用手转动，使活塞往复两次，无阻梗且线路绝缘良好时方可空载起动，起动后，待运转正常再逐步增加载荷。
4、运转中应注意各密封装置的密封情况，必要时加以调整。拉杆及副杆要经常涂油润滑。
5、运转中经常测试泥浆含沙量不得超过10%。
6、有几档速度的泥浆泵为使飞溅润滑可靠，应在每班运转中将几档速度分别运转，时间均不少于30秒。
7、严禁在运转中变速，需变速时应停泵换档。
