　　个人能否注册香港公司名称
　　1、公司可使用英文名称、中文名称或以英文及中文名称注册，但不得使用英文字母与中文字组合而成的名称;
　　2、公司英文名称必须以&LIMITED&结尾，中文名称则必须为&有限公司&;
　　3、公司中文名称必须是繁体。英文名称,只有Limited的&L&要求大写,其它字母都可大或可小写.如果英文全称有大小写之分,但商业登记证上的公司名字全称,都是全大写.所以分行名称有大小写之分,做公章时候,一定要确定清楚告诉下单人. 否则按商业登记证做错了
　　(2)香港公司名称可以与数字组合而成吗?
　　答：可以。
　　(3) 别名
　　每个香港公司申请成立时，除了公司名称外，还可以申请一个商业名称做为别名。一个公司只能申请一个别名!该商业名称特点如下：
　　1、可以与公司总行的字号一致，也可以与公司总行的名称完全不同，不以Limited(有限公司)结尾。
　　2、别名不具有法律效应，也无需查名，一般的都能使用.不加收任何费用，不可单独用别名开立银行帐户，并时间会延长一到两个工作日.
　　3、申请别名时,最好与新成立总公司时一并申请。当然也能后补,要另收费，同时，公司办理了后,再增加别名,要保证之前的总行BR,性质是BR.的状态. 才能,后面一起变更总行的性质,与申请别名
　　4、申请别名不等于分行，辨别分行与别名的区别:首先，别名没有单独的BR，分行可领单独的BR，再者，别名虽然体现在公司BR上，但是，其登记证号码体现为000.而不是001或是002。
　　5、凡是有填写商业名称的，都要填写一个开业日期，也就是说，这种公司以后是不可以零申报的, 只有申请别名，政府默认为已开业!
　　6、如果申请了别名还能去掉么，在证书领下来前可以, 重新上BR申请书, 但申请下来了的话就不能去掉了。
　　个人注册香港公司的条件
　　1.股东和董事：一名或多名年满18周岁的股东或董事
　　2.法定注册：需要设定一名法定秘书
　　3.法定注册地址：需要一个香港地址
　　4.公司名称：经查册无重名没有特殊字眼的名称即可用;
　　5.经营范围：香港公司的经营范围没有限制，不要经营范围即表示可以经营所有行业，
　　6.注册资本：没有注册资金限，默认注册资本1万港币，无需验资，没有上限
