请教个EBS启动的问题 。。。。。提示150错误

我是按照以下方式启动应用的：

&/u01/apps/VIS_erp/admin/scripts/adalnctl.sh start&
&/u01/apps/VIS_erp/admin/scripts/adapcctl.sh start&
&/u01/apps/VIS_erp/admin/scripts/adoacorectl.sh start&
&&&/u01/apps/VIS_erp/admin/scripts/adformsctl.sh start&
&&&/u01/apps/VIS_erp/admin/scripts/adcmctl.sh start apps/apps&
----------------------------------
但是启动的时候，除了Adalnctl.sh提示结果是0，其他几个提示结果都是150。除非adapcctl.sh stop后再次adapcctlsh start才可以正常启动。
看了一下日志：opmn id=fresh.testerp.net :6200
& && && && && && && &no process or applications matched this request.
看了几个错误的日志，都是这样的提示。
请问这个是怎么回事。该怎么处理？
要做autoconfig么？

你如果用 &adstrtal.sh& 启动呢?

clone环境吧,app层文件copy的时候源环境是启动状态的?
如果这个问题,在新环境停下所有应用,把app下面*.lock文件找出来删除掉,再启动服务就ok了.

不是Clone环境。我的DB和AP是分开安装在两台机器上的。

奇怪。刚adstrtal.sh启动失败。
一步一步关闭。
再一步一步打开。就没有问题了。
和之前的有些不一样。以前会出150的错误。
