we are getting this WebSphere error.
java.lang.RuntimeException: .BatchUpdateException: Batch failure.
The batch was submitted, but at least one exception occurred on an individual member of the batch.
Use getNextException() to retrieve the exceptions for specific batched elements. ERRORCODE=-4229, SQLSTATE=null
This might be due to locklist/maxlocks paramter configuration settings. can any one help me on this ?

According to DB2 documentation: nodify the code and issue Call SQLException.getMessage
Explanation: An error occurred during a batch execution.

Try to get the snapshot for database, And that will tell you the
application acquiring more locks which causes escalation. try to force or
rollback the application.

How can you say that this error is related to db2?
This can be an error
associated to application level also ,
Please provide the exact SQL CODE ... for example SQL****N

It was suggestion given since he was talking about maxlocks in the last time... might be an application issue. This would help to ensure if at all any issues from database end.

You can check the health of database , just login to the database server &br />
and type &br />
db2 connect to &db_name& &br />
If the database is connectable , there is no issue from the database side , &br />
there can be a lot of error and exception which the application will &br />
give if there is some problem with it , be confident and dont blame on the &br />
DB , hope it helps you , &br />
Also you did not mention the SQL error , ask the application team for this &br />
error , if they dont provide , its there headache &br />

错误主要描述
Home name= ,Location= "/u01/app/11.2.0/grid"
OPatchSession无法加载指定 Oracle 主目录 /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1 的产品清单。原因可能是:
对 ORACLE_HOME/.patch_storage 没有读权限或写权限
其他 OUI 实例锁定了主产品清单
对主产品清单没有读权限
锁文件位于 ORACLE_HOME/.patch_storage 中
主产品清单中不存在 Oracle 主目录
UtilSession失败:
OPatchfailed with error code 73
2、问题解决思路
根据错误查看了权限，发现不是权限问题。为什么会出现gets null oracleHomeInfo，红色部分获取了Ora11g_gridinfrahome1，但没有获取到 oracleHomeInfo
收索 OracleHomeInventory gets null oracleHomeInfo 找到
OPatch Fails With"LsInventorySession failed: OracleHomeInventory gets null oracleHomeInfo"(文档 ID )
根据文档提示把问题解决
