电商这两年的发展确实很抢眼，很多人利用空闲时间兼职，或者全职创业，正是抓住了机遇。很多人都不知道怎么开始，所谓隔行如隔山，没有经验很难入门，只能望而却步。但是，我身边就有不少电商小白，从零基础创业，几个月盈利就十分可观。其实，无论你是创业、兼职、还是运营职业，只要吃透行业知识，并坚持努力，你一样可以做到！那到底新手小白怎么样才能在电商里赚到钱呢？
1、定产品
怕嫁错郎更怕入错行。产品是决定是否做好生意的先天条件：如果你选择一个不合适的产品，即使你付出更多的努力，也只能事倍功半。
选择产品遵循两个原则：一是天然成本。如果你非常喜欢它，最好是你的爱好，这样你可以深入学习，更好地为客户服务；二是你拥有的产品资源。比如土特产等，都是你身边的资源，它们是独一无二的，与其他卖家相比，你在成本上首先能取得优势。
选品是电子商务的生命，必须有一个稳定的货源。在确定了产品之后，我们应该尽力制造爆款。爆款可以使商店的销售更受欢迎，吸引更多的买家，才能达以盈利的目的。
2、选平台
工欲善其事，必先利其器。产品定位好之后，就要确定在哪个平台上展示。对于一个刚刚初涉电商的小白们，一个合适的平台是最重要的武器。
淘宝、京东这些平台各有各的优势和弊端，卖家应该根据自己的客户特点和货源选择最适合的平台。选择一个好的销售平台，就像是你进入到了一个最佳的售卖点，不用叫卖就能吸引很多顾客。
3、学运营
师傅领进门，修行在个人。选择一个平台开店是容易的，但怎么把这个店开好才是最难的。
哪些数据在一定的周期内是需要持续观察的？在做活动时有哪些数据需要持续的关注？怎么拓展渠道达到提升销售额的目的？
要想让更多人了解自己的产品，就必须做好自己的营销计划。如果做电商不会做网络营销和网络推广，那么就是再好的产品，也是徒劳无功。好在我们现在能找到方方面面的学习渠道！
4、常沟通
一定要常沟通。也就是社群运营，比如对加了微信的顾客刷你的存在感，这样能让用户对你加深印象。说白了就是要经常互动，像发布活动，拓新客，维护老顾客等等都是很好的方式。
售后也一样，一单生意的结束并不是顾客确认收货的时候。
对消费者进行及时的跟踪，售后满意度调查，以及其他产品的宣传，这样可以提高顾客的忠诚度。说不定顾客正有这样的需求了，你的出现正好提醒了他，就是一笔潜在的成交机会。
花时间去多触达客户，往往是百利而无一害的。
这个时代谁不知道赚快钱的道理？给大家举个例子：我们现在看到的科技行业如此快速发展没有一样是短时间内就成功的，有些想法诞生于几十年前，那个时候看起来可能是那么的疯狂，都是在不断积累后实现了量变到质变。
拿我们每天都在使用的微信来说，其语音通话功能基本可以取代电话。这个想法在二十年前就有，Skype开创的这个功能在20年前被视为异端，但十几年的积累后，在无线带宽进入4G时代后，前期的积累终于厚积薄发。板凳甘坐十年冷，文章不写半句空。总有一些人他们愿意按照自己的想法去过这一生，其实这没什么不好。
