有一点我想特别提到的是我很少, 甚至是从来没有, 碰到过&纯正&的权利金比率, 也就是一个简单的比率,没有包括任何周遍/外来的因素好比如先前决定的周期, 升/降尺度(基于权利金比率百分比和/或是销售成绩), 一次性/提前支付款项, 达到指标支付款项, 最低或是保底权利金款项, 向授权方或是受权方收购公司股权的权利等, 这些因素都是在建立一份授权协议书时会对设定权利金的比率有一定的影响.
