In my opinion, good manners are just like the heart of the body,without which a person is not complete.
　　考生自始至终的表述都比较自然、流畅，说理也比较充分。在口语考试中切忌的是不可一句话就结束回答。类似上述问题在你表示了肯定Yes 或否定No 之后，一定要陈述一下细节、理由或举例说明。

Good manner is so important that every people who want to happy and succeed in their life.The person who are good manner&&is much more welcome than those rude people.For example, one of my colleague,her father was strict with her all through her childhood.She is so friendly that every one of us are all like her.When I worked in the former company which was invested by some english people in Hongkang.My colleague was all polite and good manner.I found the most parts of those stronger enterprise all create the harmony enviroment.Maybe there are many good manner people work in the same atmosphere which could effect every people become the same.It is one part of the enterprise cultures.Similar with the high salary and good&&welfare it attracts talents devote themself in it. So working with those people could make&&you more happy and be more likely to scceed!Good manners are more important! Do you agree?
