The anaerobic threshold is a careful method to value the aerobic performance and the fitne this is a valid parameter to establish the intensity and the type of training, and it is used to monitor the training. A device allowing a simple and frequent monitoring of athletic performance can permit a better control of the athlete status in field.
PURPOSE: The aim of this study is to compare the aerobic threshold calculated by metabolimeter with that obtained by a thoracic band (Zephyr System), that records the heart and breath rate during exercise.
METHODS: Nine professional soccers have been submitted to a standard incremental treadmill stress test and during this have been also determinated respiratory pulmonary gases (VO2 and CO2) contemporary at their thorax have been applied the Zephyr System, recording the heart and respiratory rate for the whole duration of the test. The aerobic threshold values have been obtained with two METHODS: one through the interpretation of metabolimeter database as VO2 and CO2 trends and respiratory quotient (MAT, metabolimeter anaerobic threshold) and the second one through the trends obtained from the heart (HAT, heart rate anaerobic threshold) and respiratory rate variation (RAT, respiratory anaerobic threshold) during the exercise. In this last method it has been considered the "aerobic threshold value" i.e. the heart rate corresponding at the deflection point of the heart rate curve. This value has been also compared to the heart rate corresponding at the deflection point of the respiratory rate curve.
RESULTS: During the test the heart rate recorded in continuous by the band system was the same of that recorded by ECG in real time. The HAT was correspondent at the MAT (155.55±7.36 bpm vs 154,22±8.50 p=NS); moreover also the RAT resulted corresponding at the HAT (154.67±7.33 vs 155.55±7.36 p=NS), and at the MAT (154.67±7.33 vs 154,22±8.50 p=NS) CONCLUSION: The possibility to identify the aerobic threshold value of a subject on the basis of the heart and respiratory rate variation during the exercise, allowed an athlete monitoring repeatable and executable also in a non-laboratory background, easier than a test with metabolimeter, that however remains the best and more accurate technique.

【摘要】：张祜庄园坐落于巩义市东南30公里的新中镇新中村琉璃庙沟,又名"柏茂园住宅群"、"张诰庄园",是河南省政府公布的第六批重点文物保护单位。张祜庄园属清末民初时期的建筑。本文根据实际现场勘察情况,从其历史演变和建筑特色上人手,对这一时期的庄园建筑进行分析、归纳,从而总结出有效的保护理念。
