昨天出一个20的柜到匈牙利。两家一起拼柜。我们家买单报关，另一家自己报关，现分别做好了。出两票提单。现只等着跟货代确认提单。可货代发这样一封邮件过来：
Dear Both,
Pls fill in attached LOI and return it with chop and signatuer. Otherwise docs center can’t prepare the Docs for us. Thank you!

Dear Sirs,
We, (insert name of party requesting multiple documents), hereby request you to issue multiple Less than Container Load (LCL) documents for all our shipments as per individual specific instructions although you will effectively receive the cargo already consolidated and tendered in container units packed by the undersigned/our contractual partners. We expressly request you not to issue a single Full Container Load (FCL) document.
In consideration of your complying with our above request, we hereby agree as follows:
To indemnify you, your servants and agents and to hold all of you harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage or expenses of whatsoever nature which you may sustain by reason of issuing multiple LCL documents instead of a FCL document in accordance with our request.
In the event of any proceedings being commenced against you or any of your servants or agents in connection with our request, as aforesaid to provide you or them on demand with sufficient funds to defend the same.
If, in connection with your request, the ship or any other ship or property belonging to you should be arrested or detained, or if the arrest or detention thereof should be threatened, to provide on demand such bail or other security as may be required to prevent such arrest or detention, or to secure the release of such ship or property and to indemnify you in respect of any liability, loss, damage, or expenses caused by such arrest or detention, or threatened arrest or detention whether or not such arrest or detention or threatened arrest or detention may be justified.
The liability of each and every person under this indemnity shall be joint and several and shall not be conditional upon your proceeding first against any person, whether or not such person is party to be liable under this indemnity.
This indemnity shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law and each and every person liable under this indemnity shall at your request submit to the jurisdiction of the Civil Court of Basel, Switzerland.
We are aware that due to our request you, your servants, agents and carriers have no reasonable means to check any marks, number, quantity, or weight nor the apparent order or condition of the goods accepted for Carriage due to the fact that the goods were consolidated and tendered in a container unit packed by us or our contractual partners without the involvement of you and the carrier, upon our explicit request. As a consequence we agree that the multiple transport documents shall not be prima facie evidence of the receipt by you, your servants, agents or carriers of the goods as described in these documents.
This Indemnity shall commence on (insert date). Notwithstanding any other provision(s) of this Indemnity, we may terminate this Indemnity at any time (hereinafter TERMINATION DATE), with or without cause, on giving not less than 7 days prior notice in writing to PANTAINER. However the provisions of this Indemnity shall survive the termination and shall remain valid for all shipments which have already started before the TERMINATION DATE.

看了一下，好像 就是说你的柜子里有二批货，因为要出不同的二份提单，所以要你保函。。。

你们订的是一个整柜，一般只有一票提单，拼箱货才会分别出提单。现在你们要求出两票提单，相当于按照拼箱来做单据，因此而产生的一切责任，风险，损害要由你们来承担，。
内容就是一份保函，把括号里的内容填好后盖章交给货单，不然他们不愿意出单。
就是这个意思。
