并对各个公司进行通知。诺西目前对合作的三方公司优化人员要求必须有认证上岗，下半年大概在11月份左右。目前一年2次，上半年的刚考试不久诺西现在没有中级工程师认证，只有初级和高级

是自学太抽象之前是做华为c网bsc。正在看[gsm原理及其网络优化]韩斌杰的。现在想做诺西网优。所以想在此请教如何用正确合理的方式来学习网优。请有经验的工程师回答,所以没法边做边学:因为现在做网优需要上岗证。PS,怎样学习能尽快的掌握技术,主要靠自学。需要很好的英语基础吗

TD的人缺口很大，现在看GSM的没什么发展空间现在移动都在搞TD或者4G，GSM只需要高级的，建议你多考虑考虑
因为G网都不会，G网是最基础的，直接跳TD，没根基，以后会遇到很多困难吧。
TD也有基础的，现在公司都要求我们学习TD的了，现在G网真是不景气，将来也只是做为语音保留，不会再有什么大发展了，毕竟数据应用越来越是主流了，G网的速率很慢。评论里面有建议。
主要是现在没考证不能上岗，所以没法现做现学，只能通过网络上的资料和书籍来学习。想尽快掌握，转入网优。
如果之前确实有基础的话，先试着投投简历，可以考虑做初、中级的，学习的话，看看书，再去MSCBSC里面看看技术案例或者问题什么就差不多了。具体思路更重要。至于GSM还是TD，只是结合最近的情况，我的个人建议，呵呵。
