上周收到一个退货，是FBA的，现在它变成“unfulfillable”产品了，原因是“Damaged by Customer”（客户损坏），我想问下，亚马逊会赔偿我吗？之前有个退货是“damaged by the warehouse”，亚马逊就有赔偿，不知道这回有没有。
客户损坏的产品亚马逊是不会赔偿的。
这是关于赔偿的政策：

What is not covered by this policy?
o FBA prohibited products
o Products that don't adhere to FBA inventory requirements
o Restricted products lost or damaged during removal order processing
o Defective products or items lost or damaged by customers, distributors or sellers

o Defective items that arrive at the fulfillment center damaged
o Small parcel items shipped using Amazon partnered carriers that are damaged due to inadequate packaging
你看一下要不要创建移除订单（create a removal order）把产品召回，千万不要再让它回到FBA仓库里，毕竟你不知道这件商品的condition是怎样的，如果它被转入另一个买家手里，很可能会出问题。好好检查一下吧
好的，我知道了。谢谢哈！我有把它召回了。不知道它的condition怎样，实在不行就只能处理掉了
之前我们也收到了一些“customer damaged”的退货，很多的condition都没问题，还是可以重新出售的（因为有些只是包装坏了，产品还是完好的）
召回的话只能回到美国当地或者国内喽？亚马逊有没有提供重新包装的服务呀，我们的外包装破了10多个呢

1. Distributor Damaged到货就不适合销售。亚马逊收到你发的FBA之后，他会检查每个产品，如有产品标签损坏，以至于扫描不到信息，这就不能销售了。如果产品的包装破损，这个也是不能用于销售的。还有的是包装里面的产品破损。

2. 亚马逊损坏。一种情况是Warehouse Damage，亚马逊在接收FBA货物入仓的过程中发生了损坏。第二种情况Carrier Damage，FBA出单，亚马逊自己发货，结果买家收到的产品，在包装或产品外观上发生了明显的损坏，买家联系亚马逊，然后退货。这个是亚马逊自己运输的原因造成的损坏，这两种情况亚马逊都会给你赔偿的。

3. Customer Damage客户损坏。买家收到货，不是因为产品性能原因而退货，然后在退回来的过程中，发生了损坏。
4. Defective产品自身问题。FBA的产品发出去，买家收到货，因为产品的性能和使用上的原因，让买家不满意，联系亚马逊，然后退货。

以上这几种情况的产品都会归类到Unfulfillable里面，不能再用于销售。 Unfulfillable里面的产品也会产生仓储费，具体费用多少问论坛里的大神吧，如何处理的话，如果你觉得你的产品是些低价值的东西，并且每个月产生的那些仓储费用不痛不痒的话，就放在那里随它去吧，不会对你的账户产生什么不利影响的。

1. 点击unfulfillable类别下面红色标记的数字，会出现Create a removal order for: This Item/All Unfulfillable Inventory。移除这个产品下的unfulfillable item，或者移除所有产品的unfulfillable item，确定其中一个选择，然后点Submit。

2. 点了SUBMITE之后会出现上面的页面，点Method of Removal选项里的Destroy,销毁不需要自己填地址，亚马逊有自己的销毁中心，然后在Unfulfillable Qty里选择要销毁的数量，点击CONTINUE。

3. 然后出现上图，它会给你一个Order ID,也相当于一个订单，可以在订单列表里查到相关的信息。直接点Place Order。这个销毁的操作就完成了。

退回Unfulfillable库存
如果你觉得这些东西货值很高，要退回国内的话，你首先得联系你的货代，问他们在你销售站点的国家有没有办事处，跟他们确定好退货的相关信息，或者你在这个销售站点的国家有亲戚朋友 (因为亚马逊退回只能退在这个站点本国的地址）。然后让他们再帮你寄回国内，这就相当于国内的海淘。当然，退回国内的运输和关税产生的费用，就看你自己觉得值不值了。

具体步骤和销毁差不多，不同只是在shipping to address里填写地址这个地址就是你的货代或者亲戚朋友在你销售站点国家的地址，然后选择数量，点CONTINUE然后Place Order。退货的操作就完成了。 以上这种Removal Order亚马逊收费都是每个订单$0.5美金。记好这个Order ID,在订单列表里查找到这个订单里面会给出转单号 (需要过几天才会有转单号，订单也可能会被取消需要注意)这个你的货代收货可能会要用到。
